How to prepare for your Brazilian Wax:
- Grow your hair to approx. 1/4 inch in length.
- Exfoliate and lightly moisturize the day before your wax; not the day of.
- Pre-wax, talk to your Esthetician and disclose any sensitivities, allergies, prescriptions, or medications you’ve recently taken
The traditional “bikini” wax removes hair that would be visible while wearing a regular bikini, the Brazilian Wax involves full hair removal from the entire bikini area, both front and back. However, some women like to leave a small triangle, reminiscent of the natural shape, while others choose what is called the “landing strip” or “mustache,” a thin rectangle of hair. This is purely up to your preferences and should be discussed with your licensed esthetician before the waxing service begins.
